    I would like to publicly recognize an employee at this location who went above and beyond today. I will be calling the manager Jeremiah as well. My tpms light came on the other day so I took my car there today to just get the air pressure in the tires checked. An employee named Julian immediately noticed there was some metal stuck in the top of the rear driver side tire. So I went in and made the appointment to get it looked at and repaired. Waited about an hour and noticed my car being jacked up outside the waiting lobby. I waited until it was jacked back down and went outside to speak with the tech who I believe was named Hunter? He said nothing wrong with the tire, didn't see anything and suggested the piece of metal just fell off the tread. So I still wanted my air checked and went back to Julian who noticed again the piece of metal stuck in the top of the rear driver side tire. I wasn't sure if it was just missed the first time, or blown off out of laziness, but Julian immediately said he would do the inspection and repair so I didn't have to wait all over again. I am extremely grateful for this. God bless that guy. I hope the manager gives him the recognition he deserves. In general I've always had a good experience at this particular location.

    My last review was written out of annoyance and frustration. After two more years of unfortunate flat tires, free rotations, a couple set of tires, and a set of wheels, I think these guys are deserving of praise. They're always really patient with explaining stuff and communicating any issues and offering fixes if something unexpected happens on their part and I'm very happy with this discount tire location's customer service.

    Discount Tire and the crew in Kirkland is great! Always busy, but Alden saw to it that I was in and out quickly with my appointment for a set of replacement tires. They are challenged operating out of a very old location and tuff layout, but the team does their best to work around that and provide the great service that Discount is known for. Thank you!
